Our Printing Process
At PrintYoGear, we understand that not all garments are created equal. That's why we take the extra step of testing every single t-shirt, sweater, hat, and more before production to ensure that our ink oven temperatures and settings will provide optimal, long-lasting prints.
This thorough testing process is conducted for all our screen printing, direct to garment (DTG), sublimation, and embroidery services. You can rest assured that your custom apparel will meet our high standards of quality.
The process
We recommend that our customers start with a few samples before committing to bigger print runs. This will eliminate a lot of headaches and unnecessary stress. We want you to have an awesome experience, but most importantly, we want you to be happy with your purchase and new gear.
Bringing Your Own Garments
While we're happy to provide a variety of high-quality garments for our customers, we understand that some may have a specific garment in mind for their custom designs. If you choose to bring your own garments to us, please be advised that we will not be responsible for any damaged or defective items. We recommend inspecting your garments carefully before shipping or dropping them off.
To ensure the best possible outcome for your custom apparel, we ask that you provide one extra item for each color, brand, and style (t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, hats, beanies, etc.) for testing purposes. If the extra garment prints successfully with our default shop settings, it will be charged as a regular print, unless you specify otherwise. If you choose not to provide extra items for testing, we will proceed with the order as is and will not be responsible for any damage or washability issues that may occur.
